Cannot get a reply to refund reqyest
- 2 linen-covered chairs are synthetic with loose stitching.
- Refund details weren't provided after I requested them.
- I spent 45 minutes on the phone.
Bought 2 "linen" covered chairs which are in reality cheap synthetic crap sewn together with loose stitching.
Requested refund details - they dont provide them.
Called them - i am for 45 min on the phone.
No way to solve this and they deliberately avoid resolving this.
Do not buy anything from them - misrepresenting goods and then avoiding refund requests...

Our item packed in 2 boxes clearly marked. Sent separately which caused some concern and much stress especially when you can only deal with the shipping company in an online chat and they tell you the tracking number doesn't match their system when it was from their notice of delivery.

My order is damaged and unusable
my ute toolbox with drawers has been so badly damaged in transport it is unusable. the drawers are bent and don't open. the toolbox has squash marks on the end like it has been dropped from a height.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Plus refund.
But I spent 1 hour on the phone calling the company and got no answer. That's what posed me off more than anything.
Emailed and Job was very understanding and contacted me through the process. Very good customer service in the end.
